Antique Chinese Carved Hardwood Stand with Marble Inset Measures 18" diameter x 18" high Beautifully hand-carved hardwood stand featuring intricate floral and foliate designs with traditional foo dog masks at the knees. The round top has a beaded edge and is inset with a pink marble disc. The cabriole legs end in claw-and-ball feet, joined by a shaped stretcher for added stability. Condition: Solid and sturdy with age-appropriate wear, including visible cracks to the marble top and separations in the wood frame. Still presents very well with rich patina. A fine accent or plant stand, showcasing traditional Chinese craftsmanship.
