Vintage Rookwood Art Pottery

Vintage Rookwood Pottery lidded jar, dated 1943, featuring a clean cylindrical form with fitted cover and finished in a smooth ivory/cream glaze with subtle surface variation. Marked on the underside with the Rookwood flame logo, Roman numeral XLIII, and shape number 6731. A classic example of mid-20th-century Rookwood Standard ware. Dimensions: 3" diameter x 3.5" high Condition: Good vintage condition. No cracks or repairs noted. Light surface wear and minor glaze imperfections consistent with age and manufacture. Lid fits properly.
